Customer Success Team Leader
As the team leader of the customer success team Peta is responsible for ensuring that new and existing clients are enabled and supported to get the best possible value from LOGIQC QMS software. While Peta’s focus is on supporting customers through the onboarding and training journey Peta also plays a vital role in business development, accounts and bookkeeping, and testing of the LOGIQC QMS software.

As the Customer Journey Enthusiast Zoey ensures that our internal systems to support the customer ‘life cycle’ are effective and efficient. Zoey manages the end-to-end process of customer account management and ensures it operates with a high degree of effectiveness and efficiency. Zoey liaises closely with clients and internal stakeholders to perform this role.

As the Communication Strategist Tara designs, implements and manages on-line and off-line communication strategies to promote the values, products and services of LOGIQC as a company.
