New tools to strengthen onboarding and implementation

We have recently strengthened and formalised the project management support we provide to clients during the onboarding and build phases of the LOGIQC QMS.

Using an online project management tool,, we provide a detailed Project Plan to support the onboarding, training, build and evaluation of the implementation of the LOGIQC QMS. Included in the Project Plan are links to build and implementation resources we have developed in-line with the requirements of industry standards.

Clients can directly access their LOGIQC QMS Project Plan at any time and make changes and additions, as required. The purpose of the Project Plan is to ensure a clear strategy is in place to support the build phase, responsibilities are clearly defined, and to enable top management oversight of the project.
