Logiqc was born out of a desire to transform the way organisations think about quality management. We are driven to bring order, rigour, and simplicity to the space and to remove the pain points, and replace them with ease, efficiency and clarity. We strive to create an environment where everyone and everything works together, in synchronicity.

But we are not just in game to make people more productive, or their jobs easier (although that is part of what we do). What matters most to us is the big picture. Because we believe that, when it’s done right, managing quality, compliance and risk can become a powerful force for good.

That’s why we consider ourselves so much more than a software platform. We don’t just implement systems then walk away. We empower our customers to create a culture of continuous learning, so that they can improve and grow.

At Logiqc, we’re reshaping the way organisations (our customers) manage safety, quality, and risk. With innovative technology and experience in quality management, we’re not just making quality manageable and accessible to all, we’re making it easy. In providing products and services, we strive to deliver software products and services that continually meet or exceed customers’ expectations.

We seek to achieve this aim by:

  • Providing secure, reliable and effective software systems for managing safety, quality and risk;
  • Actively engaging customers to inform design and development of the Logiqc platform;
  • Enabling staff to report non-conformances and make suggestions for ongoing improvements;
  • Empowering customers to succeed through making available learning resources;
  • Exceeding industry benchmarks in providing customer support and cloud services;
  • Supporting our customers to implement a quality management system, which: complies with ISO 9001 and applicable industry standards; provides a governance framework to support the management of the QMS; creates organisational structures and processes needed to support the QMS; and builds and sustains a culture of excellence in their operations.

To ensure we meet our policy aims, we operate and maintain a quality management system compliant with AS/NZS ISO 9001. Our quality management system covers all aspects relating to the products and services delivered by the Logiqc Pty Ltd team and our partners.

Our success in implementing this quality policy is measured by evaluation against our quality objectives and through the satisfaction of our clients and other interested parties.
