We’ve been busy working behind the scenes this year to deliver the best version of LogiqcQMS yet. In November 2019, we rolled out the new generation LogiqcQMS v6 platform. V6 was all about creating an intuitive user interface with powerful search capability. But we didn’t stop there. We listened to our customers’ suggestions and feedback and continued to take LogiqcQMS to new levels. Throughout the year, we added more than 70 new features to the platform, covering identity management, task automation, business analytics and accreditation support. Here are some of the latest upgrades and feature enhancements we’ve made in 2020.
Identity management
In October, we implemented Single Sign On integration for Azure Active Directory. Single sign-on is an authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single ID and password, to all of the software programs you have linked to your Active Directory. The LogiqcQMS SSO integration also allows all user credentials and program access to be centrally managed by your IT Administrator.
Task automation
In October, we released a new integration between the audit and improvement registers that supports seamless creation of audit recommendations with the improvement register.
In November, we implemented Controlled Actions. This feature enables users to apply preset action lists to help manage issues (such as incidents and complaints) quickly, and strengthen the consistency of how events are managed across the organisation.
In December, we added a major new feature to the contracts register – Workflow Builder. Users can now design their own workflow and business processes for contract management.
Business analytics
During May – August, we launched specialist Dashboards for Risk, Safety and Quality. These new optional Dashboards provide powerful business analytics, empowering managers to monitor and analyse health and safety, risk and quality issues in real-time, in order to make informed business decisions.
During July – August, we added new Analytics Reports to provide more filtering options and trend data on QMS performance, for example, audit and compliance tasks by status, and incidents by category, over time.
Accreditation support
In addition to the more than 40 standards that LogiqcQMS currently supports, the platform can now produce online evidence reports consistent with a further 14 standards listed below:
- Rainbow Tick
- headspace Model Integrity Framework
- Foundation 2020
- AS/NZS 4187:2014 Reprocessing of reusable medical devices in health service organizations

What’s next in 2021?
In 2021, we will continue to integrate new business processes into the platform with strong new offerings in the areas of governance and asset management. These features signal a new direction for LogiqcQMS as a business management platform, extending beyond quality and compliance.
