Ever started a report or audit only to be interrupted halfway through? With Logiqc’s new Save as Draft feature, that’s no longer a problem.
Whether you’re documenting an incident, setting up an audit, or building a complex risk assessment, you can now start your work, pause, and pick up right where you left off without losing a single detail.
Save Your Progress Anytime
With Save as Draft, there's no longer a need to rush to finish or risk losing progress when you need to step away.
Imagine you're creating a new record in any register, let's say an incident report, you’ll now notice a new Save as Draft button at the bottom of the form. One click, and your work is securely stored, even if you haven’t completed all the mandatory fields.
Find and Manage Drafts Easily
We’ve made accessing your drafts simple by adding a new Drafts button in the main navigation bar, giving you instant access to a list of all your saved drafts.
From this list, you can see:
- The title or reference of each item
- The register it belongs to (such as Incidents or Feedback)
- The date it was last modified
It’s your quick snapshot of what’s still in progress.
Your Work, Your Eyes Only
Setting up a new maintenance requirement, such as servicing of a piece of equipment, often means pulling details from several different sources and it's not always a task you can finish in one go.
This is where 'Save as draft' comes in, giving you the flexibility to save your progress and return to it later.
Because drafts are private by default, you can take your time to get it right; no one else can see what you’re working on until you are ready to submit it.
For administrators who require oversight, those with the View all items permission can view drafts across the organisation in case they need to quickly jump in and take over, but otherwise, your drafts stay yours.
Seamless Across Web and Mobile
The integration between Logiqc Web and Logiqc Mobile ensures your drafts follow you wherever you go, keeping your work uninterrupted and always in sync.
Start a report on your desktop, add photos or notes on your phone, and finish it back at your desk, it’s that smooth.
Built for Every Module
Save as Draft isn’t just for incidents. You can use it to:
-
Begin an audit schedule and finalise it later once dates and resources are confirmed
-
Build a detailed risk assessment gradually, adding input as it becomes available
-
Record initial feedback or improvement ideas on the go
Smarter, More Flexible Workflows
This feature was designed with busy professionals in mind, those we know juggle multiple tasks, manage evolving information, and need a little breathing room between start and submit.
Save as Draft brings flexibility to your workflow, giving you control over how and when you complete your work.
