API Suite: Logiqc provides an Open REST API suite and an OData API for creating reports and integrating with third-party platforms. This is a core feature for the Enterprise plan, enabling data visualisation, analytics, and automation. For example, it allows for seamless integration with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI. The REST API can be used to externally create incidents, feedback, improvements, and repairs.
Identity Management: The platform offers Single Sign-On (SSO) + User Provisioning, which is specifically available for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). This feature centralises user authentication and automates user onboarding and deactivation, improving security and streamlining user management.
External Calendars: You can connect your Logiqc meetings to external platforms as Internet calendars. This integration helps users manage their schedules more efficiently by syncing meeting information (also included in the Pro Plan).
