To ensure your continued success, we offer a range of tiered monthly Service Plans  designed to provide ongoing, tailored support. These plans give you access to our experts at a significantly reduced rate of $120 per hour, compared to our standard $150 per hour rate.

Starting from $240 per month, our plans offer increasing levels of support hours (from 2 to 10) and include:

  • Prioritised Support: Get expedited response times, from same-day to within 3 hours, across multiple channels, including dedicated phone support for critical issues.
  • Expert Consultations: Gain direct access to our platform specialists via Teams or email for deep platform knowledge and implementation advice.
  • Tailored Online Learning: Participate in bespoke training sessions focused on your specific team objectives and workflows.
  • Platform Health & Optimisation: For our Advanced and Premium tiers, we conduct comprehensive Platform Settings Reviews and QMS Status Reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Exclusive Premium Benefits: The Premium plan includes a dedicated monthly learning webinar and in-app user surveys focused on your organisation's themes.

Basic Service Plan Ideal for organisations needing foundational support, this entry-level plan provides 2 monthly support hours with an expedited response within the same working day. It offers access to all core services, including strategic guidance, specialist consultations via Teams, email support, and tailored online learning sessions.

Standard Service Plan Suited for teams requiring more frequent guidance, the Standard plan includes 4 support hours per month and a faster response time within the same day. It provides double the access to our experts for strategic guidance, implementation advice, and customised learning.

Advanced Service Plan Designed for organisations focused on proactive optimisation, the Advanced plan offers 7 support hours with a response time within 6 hours.

Premium Service Plan Our most comprehensive offering, the Premium plan provides the highest level of strategic partnership with 10 monthly support hours and our fastest response time of within 3 hours. On top of all Advanced benefits, this plan includes exclusive services: a customised Q&A webinar for your team and a detailed QMS Metrics & Analysis Report for data-driven insights.
