The Service Plan Method: Our Monthly Cycle

Every Logiqc Service Plan operates on a strict monthly cyclical rhythm, ensuring clear accountability, proactive engagement, and measurable progress through four distinct stages:

  1. Monthly Planning & Goal Setting: The cycle begins in week one with a collaborative online meeting between your Logiqc Account Manager and your Project Sponsor to define specific Service Plan Objectives and identify three key Milestones.
  2. Action Plan Development: Based on your goals, we document a detailed Action Plan specifying tasks, responsible stakeholders, and timelines, giving both teams a clear operational roadmap.
  3. Execution & Active Monitoring: Throughout the month, work is carried out against the plan, supported by weekly progress email updates and ad-hoc online meetings to immediately resolve roadblocks.
  4. Acquittal & Summary: In the final week, you receive a formal End-of-Month Summary. This acquittal report evaluates outcomes against your initial milestones, providing a transparent record of achievements and mapping out next month's priorities.
