The launch of the Logiqc Store is a major step forward as it is designed to give you greater visibility of your subscription and easier access to new products and services that enhance the way you use the platform.
We sat down with Tim Grillmeier, Senior Front-End Developer, to explore what’s new and what it means for you.
A new look, a smoother experience
The Store has been designed with the same modern UI and accessibility principles introduced in our recent platform refresh. This means:

According to Tim, the goal was “to make the products and subscription details as visible as possible while still keeping the experience elegant and easy to use.”
More than products: introducing service offerings
One of the biggest changes is the addition of service products alongside the existing platform features. These services include both paid and complimentary options—clearly marked in the Store to make it simple to see what’s available at no extra cost.
The Store also helps you discover services you might not have considered. For example, during checkout you’ll now see recommended add-ons that align with what’s already in your cart.
Designed to maximise value
Every part of the Store has been built with transparency in mind. From product cards with detailed summaries, to similar product suggestions on the cart page, the aim is to ensure you can make the most of your Logiqc subscription.
“We’ve rolled out a self-service centre that supports both recurring and one-off orders,” Tim explains. “It’s comprehensive support for active subscribers and something I’m really proud of.”
Looking ahead
The Store is just the beginning. Future plans include enhanced search tools and more personalised product recommendations to help you find what you need, faster.
In the meantime, Tim’s advice is simple:
“The best thing you can do is explore. Check the summary of your subscription, browse the service tab, and see what’s new. Even if you can’t place an order, you can still build a cart and download a PDF quote.”
