Building on our shiny new dashboard enhancements from last month, we are excited to reveal that we are continuing to focus on improvements to analytics. The round-up below covers recent updates and hints at what’s in the works for imminent release.

More filters have been added to the Analytics page, allowing you to create new trend reports for incidents and feedback with greater clarity and detail. You can now generate specific reports on a range of new attributes including the source of the feedback, incident type and feedback type.
We’ll soon be releasing enhanced risk reports including a risk heatmap and exposure monitoring… stay tuned.

Designed to support your compliance
Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard
At Logiqc, we want to make sure you are always up to date with the latest industry standards required for your compliance and accreditation.
On 28 February 2022, the updated Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard NZS 8134:2021 will come into effect. LogiqcQMS has now been updated to help you to generate evidence reports that demonstrate how you comply with this standard.

Fine-tune LogiqcQMS to match your contract management lifecycle
A QMS platform should be tailored to suit your business’s quality processes, not the other way around. If the ‘Workflow builder’ feature is activated in your platform, this free enhancement is for you. You can now program two different workflows for each contract. One being the workflow stages the contract will follow the first time it’s added, and the second being the workflow it will follow each time the contract comes up for review. For example, you may need many people to comment on the contract the first time around but, after that, the contract only needs to be reviewed by a few key people.
