Delivered as part of our ongoing investment into platform excellence, this major security upgrade is being rolled out to all organisations at no additional cost and is included in your existing subscription tier.
Why MFA Matters
MFA adds a critical layer of defence to your corporate data by requiring a rotating, one-time verification code from a mobile authenticator app immediately after a user enters their standard username and password. This simple step is one of the most effective ways to mitigate cyber risk—ensuring that even if an individual password is ever compromised, unauthorised access is completely blocked.

For System Administrators: Control & Autonomy
We understand that managing software changes requires internal planning. Logiqc has not automatically forced MFA onto your users with this launch. Instead, your administrative team has total control over the deployment timeline:
- Phased or Global Enrolment: System Administrators have the autonomy to enforce MFA globally across the entire organisation immediately, or activate it for individual users to run a staged internal rollout.
- Management Tools: Your admin panel now includes straightforward options to monitor user onboarding status and quickly reset an MFA token if a team member replaces or loses access to their authenticator device.
- A Note on SSO: If your organisation utilises Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Logiqc, your login workflow remains completely unchanged. Your authentication and security parameters will continue to be managed directly through your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID). Logiqc’s MFA is exclusively for users who sign in directly using a standard Logiqc username and password.
For Standard Users: Quick & Simple Onboarding
For team members who log in directly to Logiqc, the setup process has been engineered to minimise everyday friction:
- The First Login: Once an internal administrator activates the feature for an account, the user will be greeted with a straightforward, one-time setup screen upon their next login.
- Seamless App Integration: Users will simply scan a secure on-screen QR code using any preferred authenticator app already on their phone—such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Twilio Authy.
- Everyday Access: Once paired, logging in simply requires entering the standard password followed by the secure, 6-digit code displayed on their mobile app.
